Monitoring of replaced tip sections on wind turbine blades (re-tipping)
Laboratory monitoring of structural stresses during load tests on wind turbine blades undergoing re-tipping.

Sensors were used for laboratory monitoring of wind turbine blades undergoing re-tipping, in order to measure structural stresses during load tests. The aim was to assess the mechanical behaviour of the repaired blades and compare it with that predicted during the design phase. The results demonstrated the structural integrity and long-term durability of the re-tipping work carried out in this way.
Laboratory structural monitoring of wind turbine blades with re-tipping, aimed at demonstrating the effectiveness and durability of the work by measuring actual stresses.
